1. How long does shipping take?

We process all orders within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

2. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free USA shipping on all BiteSynq™ Smart Feeders.

3. What is the return policy?

We want you (and your pets) to love your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, you can return the feeder within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

4. How much food does the feeder hold?

Our automatic feeder has a 5L capacity, perfect for cats and small to medium-sized dogs.

5. Can I control the feeder from my phone?

Absolutely. The BiteSynq™ feeder connects to your WiFi and is fully controlled through our smartphone app. You can schedule meals, trigger manual feeding, and even watch your pets live in HD video.

6. What happens if the power goes out?

The feeder includes a backup battery option so your pet will still be fed on schedule even during power outages.

7. Can I use it for two cats?

Yes. Many customers use it for two cats. The feeder dispenses food evenly, and you can adjust portion sizes in the app.

8. Is the food kept fresh?

Yes. The feeder has a moisture-proof sealing lid and desiccant box that keeps kibble fresh and crunchy.

9. Do you provide a warranty?

Yes. All BiteSynq™ Smart Feeders include a 1-year warranty covering manufacturer defects.

10. What type of food works with the feeder?

The feeder is designed for dry kibble only (5–15mm size). Wet or semi-wet food is not recommended.
