If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, we’ll make it right.
We accept return or refund requests in the following cases:
The item arrived damaged or defective.
The item is not as described or missing parts.
The package was lost in transit or never delivered.
To be eligible for a return:
You must contact us within 30 days of delivery.
The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Proof such as photos or videos of the issue is required for review.
We cannot offer refunds or returns in the following cases:
The wrong shipping address was provided by the customer.
The item was damaged after delivery due to misuse or accidents.
The customer simply changed their mind or no longer wants the product after use.
Orders delayed by customs or courier factors beyond our control.
Contact our support team at bitesynq@gmail.com with your order number, photos/videos of the product, and a short explanation.
Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.
If approved, you will receive instructions and the return address for shipping the item back.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll issue your refund or replacement accordingly.
If the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item), we’ll cover the return shipping cost.
If the return is due to personal preference or a customer mistake (e.g., wrong address), the buyer is responsible for shipping costs.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days after we confirm the item’s condition.
You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed.
We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or not as described.

If you haven’t received your refund yet:
Check your bank account again.
Contact your credit card company—it may take time before your refund is officially posted.
