• Orders are shipped within 7-15 business days unless otherwise stated.

• Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Returns & Cancellation Policy

a) United States – Consumer Rights

• Customers in the U.S. are entitled to request a return or refund within 30 days of delivery for defective, damaged, or misrepresented products.

• Returns must be shipped back in original condition and packaging.

• Shipping costs for returns may be the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or an error was made on our part.

• Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 10–14 business days after approval.

b) Israel – Consumer Protection Law, 1981

• Consumers in Israel may cancel a transaction within 14 days of receiving the product (or from the date of signing for a service).

• Cancellation must be submitted in writing (email or via the contact form).

• A refund will be provided within 14 days of receiving the cancellation request.

• Products must be returned in their original packaging, unused and undamaged.

• Certain items (e.g., custom products, hygiene-related products) are not eligible for cancellation under the law.

• A cancellation fee of up to 5% of the transaction value or 100₪ (whichever is lower) may be charged, as permitted by law.

5. Limitations of Liability

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

• Product usage is the sole responsibility of the customer.
